Travis Country
Travis Country is a well established neighborhood in southwest Austin just minutes from downtown and is located on the northwest corner of Loop 1 and Southwest Parkway. This community was developed in 1973/1974, taking advantage of the lush landscape and proximity to the Barton Creek Greenbelt. With over 1500 homes, many amenities, a convenient location and several entrances to the Barton Creek Greenbelt, this community is a great place to call home.
Travis Country Amenities
The Blue Valley area has six lighted and fenced tennis courts with a lighted basketball court, children’s playground, diving pool with board, lap pool and baby pool. Picnic tables with charcoal grills and a fish pond are all in a park like setting.
The Hilltop area also has six lighted tennis courts and lighted basketball court. A children’s playground, swimming pool and baby pool, picnic area with tables and grills under a canopy of trees.
The Sycamore Creek nature Trail is a 1.5 mile trail that leads to each of the amenity areas.
