Surrounded by similar neighborhoods, nature preserves and undeveloped land, yet only 10 miles to downtown, this community has a well-established and quaint feel. The neighborhood of Maple Run is centered between Davis Lane, Eskew, Latta to Brodie. Maple Run is in the Austin Independent School District where students attend Crockett High, Covington Middle School and Boone Elementary School. From Mopac past William Cannon follow the Davis exit then left onto Davis lane. A left on Latta Drive will take you to the Maple Run area.

Both parks are within minutes from Maple Run. There are several grocery stores, restaurants and established retail shopping centers nearby.
